Accomplished in training and motivating other team members and managers to provide a high level of service to customers and members, Charlene believes that good team leadership and a hands-on approach to management brings increased benefits to the business.
Charlene brings a wealth of experience and skills to Vetcentric in addition to a deep understanding of the Vetcentric business model. Charlene lives in Perth with her husband Steve and her beautiful furbaby Armstrong.
Kate is the United Vets Group Marketing Manager, and B2B Marketing Manager for National Veterinary Care. Kate is responsible for the integrated marketing communications across United Veterinary Group, National Veterinary Care and the NVC Veterinary Training Centres. Kate is an experienced Marketing Manger with a demonstrated history in the veterinary industry. Skilled in account management, marketing, strategy, social media and advertising sales.
Kate joined UVG with a background in marketing and advertising in both publicly listed and private companies within the veterinary industry, publishing and a creative advertising agency. Kate has a passion for integrated marketing communications, marketing strategy and client relations.
Melinda lives in Perth with her husband and two very trouble-prone but very cute pets, Elsie, her Doberman, and Jura, her cat. In Melinda's downtime, she loves to spend as much time as she can outdoors whether it be bike riding, hiking, wakeboarding or just cruising on the boat. During her working life she has gained experience in quite a few different industries from travel to construction to sports, and now the veterinary industry!
Nathan has been in the animal health industry for over 10 years working with key industry suppliers Zoetis & Lyppard in business development roles. Nathan is very passionate about the industry often spotted at AVA events, In his downtime he likes to cook discover new restaurants and bars and spend time with his family and best pal Chico the Spoodle.
Prior to joining the UVG NZ team, Karen has worked as a Practice Manager and Head Nurse for several large clinics in Christchurch. Prior to this, she was based in the UK, and has a background in senior nursing roles for large veterinary businesses, as well as experience in human and veterinary pharmaceutical companies.
Shane brings his extensive experience as a Solicitor & Barrister, Private Banking Executive and General Management of a 9 figure national business to the AMG program. Shane works with businesses from all industries and uses his experience to help veterinary practice owners "Simplify " their business challenges, "Clarify" their business goals & direction, and "Amplify" their talents and implementation in order for them to achieve their goals
